Hey Anybody knows a program that can record everything you do in your pc ( fx. I want to show my friend how to rip a dvd 1. start the program 2. push the record button and then start working. 3. Done working, then press stop button. and then send it to him via email as a avi or mpeg file. is there such a program? i remember i had one but its too old and i dont know if its worth installing.

Camtasia Studio is the best screen recorder software i have came across. uses low resources and the their codec is just about lossless. only problem i have is that you cant use different codecs installed on your machine, nothing vdub cant take care of but annoying nontheless. but by-far the best, imo.
