i just got my xbox modded and the guy left in the stock hardrive. if i was to put in a new hard drive is there any way i could transfer all the data from the old one to the new hd?

Either:

1. Stick the current Xbox HD in your PC, move the files to C:/. Take out XBox HD, put in the New HD and move the files from C:/ to your new XBox HD

or

2. Stick em both in a PC and move the files over using a DOS prompt or bootable programme.


Assuming your PC only has capacity for 2 HD's that is.

If all your worried about is the dash...then those are easy to come by. Also, you might find a new setup that you like better. And remember Flash FXP is your friend. Wink

isnt there no way to use the pc hardrive? as in save stuff on the pc and access through the xbox?
