What is a good motherboard for my P4 2.8E Prescott cpu (socket 478)?

I love Asus boards so I am thinking this one: ASUS P4C800-E
I read that the intel 875p is the best chipset for the prescott + DDR400.

Do you think this is a good, fast-ish, solid, cheap-ish setup?

Cooler is Artic Cooling Freezer 4 and PSU is Seasonic Super Silencer 400w.

I need something that will make WinRAR go fast Very Happy

not a clue what this guy is on.. but anyway..

The 875 is a great chipset, the best of the "sole" 478 socket supported chipsets, although you can find 915 chipset boards which support 478, these do also require PCI-E graphics in the most and possibly DDR2 depending on the manufacturer. Although I don't have personal experience of the board you pointed out, any 875/915 board made by a decent manufacturer is going to be pretty good. Go with who you trust and keep an eye out for those 2 chipsets!

The 2.8E is a nice chip, but if you have some cash you might want to consider selling it for and getting a 3.4 (even the none extreme could show a performance boost from that chip..).
