oh you mean that game where pressing the "accelerate" key is enough to win a race, because invisible boundaries keep you on the track ?
the game that spend more money for a trendy soundtrack than on a credible car-damage model?

what do you expect from an EA racing game .. you want a proper street racer, that will kick your ass, get MCII

what do you like rpg? where you only have to click... FPS where you only have to shoot?

I love RPGS, but actually racing games are my favorite genre. But I like the racing games where the outcome of the race is decided based on the skill of the drivers, not a rubberband AI. I like racing games where a 300hp car at least trys to act a way a 300hp real life counterpart does. I like racing games where your skills and strategy are the main things to improve upon, not how many layers of vinyl you can lay down on a hood.

last original nfs was high stakes. after that they went more shittier..

NFS:HS and the sequel were pretty fun. But still all arcade. By far the best NFS game would be Porshe Unleashed. Thats the only NFS title that at least tried to take car phisics a little more seriously.

The physics/handling in MC3 sucks major cock.
The last good NFS game was Porsche Unleashed imo. It just went downhill after that.

good to know .. I haven’t tried it yet .. guess I'll stick with MCII best street racer I’ve encountered thus far .. isn’t to hung up on the car looks & realness .. more focus on the actual gameplay ..
nfsmw demo is .. full of the usual EA bullshit .. I do like the cop aggression .. its fun shaken them after you just had twenty all over you .. ramming you & all is an interesting new twist .. pity its so pants otherwise ..

I need speed,chases,fast cars,cops, and that's it...
I dont care the hp and other bs... I just want start the fucking game press play and race... nothing more nothing less. |

agree with crash, sometimes, a driving game does not need to be realistic, just give us speed and cool cars and that might just do the trick!

NFSU2 kicked ass. PLayed it for hours and hours with my friends.
i think the pc version will come later than console version. So you will have to wait a bit longer.

Those nfs games rocked!
porche kinda sucked.... not a lot of variety... underground + underground 2 sucked so much ass!
