What retard walks around with a GFX card outside the box ?
You take it out of the box ONLY when you'll be putting it straight into your PC ... you don't run around the entire house with it !!

i called them quickly after this happen'.. they say it's my fault and nothing can be done. i talked to them pretty long and tried to figure situation up, but still, it didn't help at all..

I´m very curious how a brand new expensive GFX card "slip" out of your hands and fall down the stairs..
If that would be me i´d be fully concentrated on NOT dropping it...

when i was puttin in my CPU i was shakin so much I dropped it. still at least it didnt fall down the stairs  . And as for the insurance company not replacin the card it must be because you're not fully insured on the house and possesions. I know loadsa people have have knocked a pc off a surface and it's been smashed 'accidently' of course.
