How do ascii groups get rewarded for their "job"?

He didn't see the "lol" placed after the sentence and its understandable that he reacted the way he did, however he has said sorry, in the nature of the forum. His first appology was not sarcastic just jokey, you will see that most of the nice regualrs use this sort of tone in posts just provide humour, don't take it as an insult, infact your pretty lucky to have someone be as nice as Griffon haha  !
- Smiles are the answer, they help denote feeling. USeeee THEeeem!
As for the question, I would imagine the ASCII creators are either already part of the group (for that or maybe other talents) or are given various amounts of FTP access, depending on how the group operates. I would imagine most ASCII writters where fairly in with the group before they are given a chance to create the ASCII, it would be safer this way for the group !
