Charisma is everything unless the person is grotesquely ugly which you said wouldn't be the case so I would definitely go with having charisma. If you looked good but had no ability to talk to people chances are you would screw things up with the girl. On the other hand if it was a girl that looked amazing we know that it didn't matter what her personality was, dudes would be all over her.

Flexibility .. being able to adapt & counterpoint any rhythm or focus makes you invincible
You missed .. wealth .. like it or not the ladies like a man who can pay the bill .. drive her in a big flash car .. & put her @ ease in a big expensive house
sad but true .. girls are practical creatures
example case .. some buff fitness instructor .. drives a pinto, lives in a mobile home .. no sense of humor
or Woody Allen .. silver & gold all the way ..

The problem is, without looks you would never get a member of the opposite sex approaching you, you would always have to do the approaching. You can't tell a persons personality from how they look.
You can have both though, just because someone is good looking doesn't mean they have the personality of tube sock duct-taped to a vacuum cleaner.
It depends on the age of the people also, younger girls tend to find looks more important then older women.
