If you mean actual penetration and sex, I did it first when I was 20.
I had sexual encounters with girls when I was around 8-9 though (you know, licking, sucking, and that stuff). You didn't really understand it back then, but since it was so forbidden, it was exciting.
I don't really count anything as sex, unless you actually do everything (Foreplay, etc.) - and both have at least one orgasm each.

I was 16 at the time.
It was with my girlfriend and it went down at my place, in my bed.
Wasn´t that good, it was hard to get it up, hard to get it in, alot of effort went into a mediocre result at the end.
No alcohol/drugs of any kind was involved.
No peer presuure involved.
I wouldn't have stopped it but If I could have gone back in time I would have done many things differently.

Was at 17, in a wet tent, with some alcohol involved. The girl was about a 7/10. Not my girlfriend, but a friend of my mates girlfriend, who came camping with us. I felt under pressure, because my friend was shagging his girl in a different tent, and me and her were left alone, while we were both tipsy. She sort of pounced on me.
