If i download a app or game image, and then with isobuster, magiciso, ultraiso etc. wanna add some more files, like cheatcodes, keygens, updates etc. Is that generally possible, or is there some sort of checksum on the entire image? Or like in windows, it needs too have certain files on certain physical spots on the harddrive.

Using the tools you meantioned you should be able to add files to the ISO (providing it has the space) and RESAVE the file as a new ISO.

It will work as long as the downloaded release is a cracked one. It will not work if it's a clone.
