TMSUNRISE 1.4.6 (fr) finally working

sfcdvd --> Calculate angels
sfmdf --> Correct angels in mdf
Media used

Tested on
P4.3 hd en cd-burner on sata and 1 dvd-reader on usb2
==> working perfectly on usb2 device, not on cd-burner nor alcohol,...
Required sfn to disable cds (+node??)
P1.8 all devices are on IDE. (hd, cd-burner, cd-reader)
==> working perfectly on cd-reader, not on burner, no need to use sfn
Game startup-time: within 10sec.
Tips:
I used the paramaters for the german version.......
