sounds nice and this 'cause and effect' stuff is being used in farenheit (i think, or somethin similar) It would take a LONG time for this to be fully implemented in a game like quake but it would add a great twist to adventure games with a mindmap being formed along the way. I'm not gonna d/l it to try it but it's good to see some1 has the patience (5 years) and change gaming for the better.

Yeah we talked about this in another thread here where someone suggested it as a shit game as a joke - but didn't realise how good it was.
The fact that it's an amateur programming effort by two people rather than a full developer really gets me excited.
It's early days but it shows where things are going and I can't wait.
Check it out.

Yes cause and effect in general is being used in Farenheit but it's nothing to do with Facade?

I know but the main purpose of this game is the cause and effect. i'm just saying a similar thing is being used in farenheit but on a less grand scale.

What are you talking about, it's on a grander scale in farenheit, but has more sublities and minutiae in facade.

Ah what the hell, I called trip an asshole, so he kicked me out, cursing all the way to the door. It looked really funny when I read the transcript after.

I sexually assaulted his wife. She doesn't seem to appreciate the rough stuff unfortunately and I can't be bothered wooing her. Maybe Trip is easier?

Lol, very fun game. I ended upp kissing them both several times. They looked horrified and then the guy kicked me out. Fucking hilarious!
Dont mess with God, he can impregnate your girlfriend/wife without taking his pants off!

I liked the dynamics of it, but the subject matter wasnt fitting for me. When couples argue I head for the door post haste. Though there was some amusement. When I said "I bet you could suck the chrome off a trailer hitch."
Trip aked if I was flirting. Them same as when I said I wanted to pin her legs back behind her ears so she looked like Bugs Bunny. Found a bug also. I clipped through the wall and ended up on the balcony, so I stood outside the glass and shouted insults st them for a while.

Yeah it is pretty buggy, it's amateur really.
But imagine in ten years, if they implement technology like this with voice recognition. You could work with an AI partner in a game, think Alyx from HL2 but with dynamic interaction.
