I want to buy a Second-hand ultra 6800 xfx pcie sli card .
But there something that i don't understand

I already mailed that person to ask why those frequenties are so high and that was is answer ==>
The card is able to handle higher than default frequencies. You may set the frequencies in the NVIDIA Driver and enjoy faster performance.
Or is it so that you can change the frequenties in windows Graka configurations,
so that you have 450/1200 Mhz ??
Well have you checked the homepage of XFX if such a card exists?
Von Gainward gibts doch auch diese GHL (Goes like hell) Karten, bei dem der Hersteller garantiert das die Karte höher getaktet werden kann als normal. Man verliert bei denen durch die Übertaktung nicht die Garantie. Schau also einfach auf der Seite von XFX nach ob die überhaupt solche Karten verkaufen, wenn nicht würde ich die Finger davon lassen.
