I got myself one of these... Is it any good? Should I bother getting some flight sims to test it out or simply sell it on E-Bay?

will do for?
if it's BF2 or something arcade-ish, it surely will.
if it's some flight sim or anything mildly advanced, it may do for some time but you'll definitly not enjoy the game as much as you could.
