"incomplete" means that the movie's length is not full!
such like <alfie> 2004 http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0375173/, http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00077BOFG/qid=1121176982/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/103-5530448-8841416?v=glance&s=dvd, some groups' release are 1:41:06 in length, and some groups' release are 1:45:35, in amazon, it is said the movie's length is 105 mins.
and there are lots of examples.
someones else are short in 5-10 mins!
i am wonder why they released these incomplete movie?

Maybe you downloaded a PAL version that has that whole 4% speedup thing going on (ends up running shorter).
