it caused by some program locking the atapi.sys file, probably deamon tools or some other virtual cd/dvd emu program.
yeah deamon tools, i uninstalled that now it works BUT -->
Everytime i instal sp2 it instals good but when it restarts i only see my BG nothing else, no icons, no taskbar etc etc and it doesnt respones on ANYTHING. Now i did system (reverse? (herstel in dutch)). Anyone knows why?

Not exactly clear on what you are trying to update to SP2 with...but I can guess...my suggestion is to find a better version. Maybe one that already includes SP2.
