Why are paruskies pronouncing this as “Stahlker”? Is it just because they are stupid and don’t know English, but wanted to have a cool English title?

It seems like indeed it comes from English “stalk”, but paruskies gonna parusk 🤦♂️

Why do English speakers pronounce ישוע as ˈʤiːzəs as if he jizzed his pants?
Stalker as Сталкер is a common way English words are transliterated in Russian since we do not really have the necessary sounds in the language.

You cannot say "Стокер" in Russian? Please. The "transliteration" comes from not being familiar with the origin of the word. Then you have the layers of militant paruskas on the internets, arguing like retards that the origin of the name is, and always has been intended as, "Сталкер"/"Stahlker", and English-speakers are the simpletons. The ирони is strong with these clowns, and those are primarily the ones I have a problem with. The language chauvinists of adopted words. 
Regarding Yeshua/Jesus, I'd say the comparison is not apt; one is a Greek Empire era to Roman Empire-era translations, in a largely illiterate world, relying on word-of-mouth passing of ancient texts from the bronze age. Hardly the case with a 1970s written work. Perhaps communism should not have dumbed down its people to the same level as bronze age by hiding its flock behind iron curtains of disinformation and ignorance? |

I see very similar patterns in Bulgarian, and I really dislike these trends. Can you guess what "офшорка" is? 🤦♂️ Bulgarian language development seems to have halted, and instead you have these foreign words that have been transliterated. I don't like it. The absurdity is that you have so many non-English speakers in Bulgaria (due to same commuretardism), but they use these words. It's absurd. Why "менеджер" and not "руководитель" or "управляющий"? |
