In Santa Clarita Diet, Joel (Timothy Olyphant, Justified) and Sheila (Drew Barrymore, Blended) are husband and wife realtors leading vaguely discontented lives in the L.A. suburb of Santa Clarita with their teenaged daughter Abby (Liv Hewson), until Sheila goes through a dramatic change sending their lives down a road of death and destruction…but in a good way.

Hahahaha. I'm thinking the same. This better be good, I'm extremely picky with comedy. The only active comedy show I'm watching is Silicon Valley, oh and a brazilian HBO show called "O Negocio" (The Business) but that might be too obscure for the Hump.
Finished it, the last two episodes didn't hold up to the rest od the season and clearly they dragged it to have 10 episodes. But overall fun and witty written show.

Episodes 7-10 weren't as funny. Especially 10, it was more like episode 1, only mildly funny.
Overall I liked it very much! 8/10.

Great new show. Finished season 1 quickly and looking forward to a season 2 renewal. It's good, very good. The standout performance has to the daughter, although Drew/mom and the dad are both fantastic too.
