Anyone here that uses them both? Need some help, have 9$ in paypal, would sent it to you and need it back in skrill. Want to use it on steam but cant add funds or buy cards with paypal. Pm if you can help please.
He is probably in a region that does not support Paypal but does support Skrill. Another option is to possibly buy a Steam wallet card with Paypal and fill your wallet with it, OR find someone with Paypal, send them the money and have them buy a Steam gift card with Paypal and send it to you.
India doesnt support paypal; ive tried buying digital card with paypal and gift it to my main account but always get an error so only option is to switch it with someone who uses both skrill and paypal.
