Dear Robert,

Your Unibet account has been inactive for at least 12 consecutive months, and as per our T&Cs and the MGA Directive, it will now be subject to a monthly € 5,00 fee. This will only be charged if you have money on your account.

How to avoid being charged

Activate your account within a month of receiving this email, and you won't be charged a fee. You can do this easily by logging on – you can click the 'Forgot?' link if you've forgotten your password.

If you don't activate your account

As per our T&Cs, accounts cannot be inactive for more than 30 months. After this time, it will be permanently closed, with the total of fees amounting to no more than € 90,00. Following closure, any remaining account balance will be transferred to the Malta Gaming Authority. We will not be able to recover funds once they are transferred to the MGA.

We look forward to seeing you back with us soon.

The Unibet Team

For more information on inactive accounts, please see our T&Cs.
