What is going on with ReCaptcha recently?
Since a week or so I ALWAYS have to do the shitty tests when clicking the box. Before I just had to do it maybe 1 in 10 times, the other 9 times it just cleared immediately. I changed my IP multiple times but it won't make a difference. I wonder if this just happened to me and I got blacklisted or something or did they change up their system?
Great and now I keep failing approx. 1 out of 3 tests. And have to repeat them again and again. This system is just fucked, what the fuck happened. Never had problems before. I need to do about 10 of those "I'm not a robot" tests per day, not only for leeching stuff but sometimes basic access to websites. It starts to get really annoying now.
Not really, I only flushed the DNS cache recently. Do you guys have to do tests all the time as well? Usually I just clicked the box and it immediately cleared most of the times. But this does not work anymore.
no problems here. i had this a few times using a public proxy so i wonder is there a proxy or vpn involved at your side which could cause this?
maybe some crap program setup a proxy for you?! check your windows settings
No VPN/proxy. I know it is even worse with VPN, I used a few trials and had to do the captcha tests even for basic google searches. It's not that bad here, majority of websites/searches let me in without tests.
My ISP has some strange dynamic/shared IP system and sometimes I get messages that someone else is already using my IP or that I got blacklisted. But this happens rather rarely and changing the IP usually fixes the problem.
The amount of captcha boxes I encounter hasn't increased much actually. The main difference is that I now have to do the stupid tests EVERY time (mark street signs, click all pics with Bus etc.). Also I keep failing (always on first attempts) even though I'm sure I should have passed.
WTF are they doing??? Now they changed the tests again and the pictures fade really slowly! Takes way more time now. What a pain in the ass!
I hope someone soon makes a neural network that breaks these tests and they have to come up with something else.
