Hello, I recently bought a bluetooth car radio, this one in particular:

https://www.sony.com/electronics/in-car-receivers-players/dsx-a400bt

Now I have imported some music from my Amazon MP3 Library into my iTunes and synced it to my iPhone.

I play the music over bluetooth, obviously, and I have noticed that some songs are cut off in the middle and then skip to the next song.

This doesn't happen on my other bluetooth devices and I have MANY. It also doesn't happen when I play the songs back on the phone directly or via headphones.

It only happens on my new car radio and it always happens at the exact same timestamps, but that's specific for each song.

What's the problem here? Can I work around this by re-encoding the songs or is this something about the car radio and I will have to live with it or try USB Stick input instead of BT? (cause that would kinda suck a huge cock)

Not sure what the problem here is, but Apple devices are pure shit combined with my Kenwood car radio (bluetooth) connection, Galaxy S7 works without any issues, always flawless playback. Why not use AUX connection (oh wait is it the new iPhone without headphone jack Very Happy)?

Can't say the same. My S6 (with android 7) regularly needs it's bluetooth "rebooted" so that I can access all songs from my stereo. Also the playlists sometimes aren't correct and once I even had some hardcore distortions... imagine Satan himself singing your favorite song. (or maybe I just forgot to switch back from radio and listened to justin bieber by accident?!)

Oh, look. Something does not work on an iPhone, but works perfectly fine on pretty much anything else. Who would've guessed?
It's the "think different" philosophy in action

Good thing you solved your problem. I guess you can just keep the old Android phone in the car as a music player Smile
