Is your PC not starting at all anymore or what?
Like not even BIOS screen?
If yes, tried booting into Win safemode?

reset bios values, unplug gfx card. use onboard graphics. does it work? no? then its the psu, mainboard or cpu which fails. only possibility to find that out is testing other components (would start with the psu)

oh ok, then grab another gfx card. doesnt matter if old pci card or any pci express card. and try different ram slots with only 1 4gb of your most likely 2x4gb kit
though technically if the gfx card is the reason for the fault -> if you unplug it the pc should start just normal. try that, if it beeps maybe press f1 (look into the manual what you have to press if the bios detects some failure to proceed) . windows should boot and you should be able to ping the pc over your network with another device. if thats not possible its 99% not the gfx card (unless you already fucked up your bios settings and it doenst boot from itself from the system ssd -> in that case its better to test another gfx card)

Turning it on without gpu at all does not help.
I get d6 error "no console output" so at least it knows I removed gpu now.
Cant get do desktop.
I test is by plugging in usb but no sound although usb stick receives power
Although "d6" goes away after I press enter or esc vut pc dont seem to go to desktop

dunno, impossible to say without replacing components one by one sorry.
psu and cpu are more likely than the board though

still strange that the system hasnt booted windows without gfx card. any bios error messages which prevented that when you tried it first with the other gfx card?

I know why it did not booted.
I reseted cmos and it switched to IDE.
System was installed in AHCI. Thats why it was not going to system.
