Are there any other PC games that support like a 8+ co-op scenario?
Only one I know of currently is like GRAW2 has those co-op maps that support up to like 12 or something.
Anything else like that?
And no, that stupid cooptimus site does not help.

Serious Sams do indeed support up to 16 players.
Delta Force? Rainbow Six games? Star Trek Elite Force 2 has an 8 player co-op mod.
Sacred games? Dungeon Siege? Tons of games support 8+ players in the genre.

Diablo 2, Dungeon Lords, Civilization, Neverwinter Nights, and many more.
That said, for modern games it's a pretty rare feature unless you include MMOs.

Civ ... if you have like 40 hours for a single match and you will lose all your friends, especially the ones that drop out at the 23rd hour and have to play something else for the next 17 hours
