So I configured a system at Alternate and it couldn't be completed,
because I did not chose no OS, no harddisks and something else...

It also said that my DDR4-3200 RAM is not supported by the CPU (Ryzen 1700),
which is simply incorrect and too strict (using some internal, official sources, not considering Mobo).

Sooooooooo question is: can I have a no-nonsense website where I can order a PC and they build it for me, but without the smart-assing BS?

What are your recommendations?

(Until now I always built my PCs myself, but I'm getting tired of it.)

Alternate is overpriced as fuck (for components and for building it for you). Mindfactory also charges 99,99 euros for putting it together. Only shop which offered it cheap was hardwareversand, but they are gone. thats basicly the three shops which offer that (or have offered, mix has done it years ago but iirc they dont do it anymore).

but why letting someone build it? feared that you do the bobby move and destroy you components? Razz imho its not worth 99 euros to let someone build it. you could try caseking, but there most likely you are very limited about the case

I almost always order at Alternate, one of the few shops left that actually has something in stock these days. Prices are little below average (usually just a few € difference, hardly anything ground breaking on computer parts), service is OK but nothing special.

Why not build it yourself? It's not that hard to plugin in some stuff Smile
