I have Chrome version 42.0.2311.90 m, and it seems that they have updated a thing or two in the DOM inspector
I was pissed because they took the thing from FF where you cannot inspect the hovered element any more - once you right click the hover state is lost and if you're working with drop down menus or stuff like that, it tends to be annoying. But I'll just have to work with break points more.
I noticed the color picker before, but this effect thing is really cool
