I thought about the Samsung U28E590D 28
What do U think?
I don't want one that is too expansive,around this monitor price will be enough.

4K @ 28" is complete waste. What goes for that monitor, you cant get any cheaper than that i think, it has shitty TN panel tho.

Windows and 4k @ 28", dat blurry mess, windows DPI scaling is absolutely shit. I have at work 5K imac, looks fantastic, but i would still want it to be 32" territory.

not these crappy 28'' TN panels again, forget it
if you want high ppi rather get one of the LG 27'' 4k IPS instead - good price/performance ratio
if you play a lot of games you are better off with a high refresh 1440p display

yep, would have recommended the 27" 4k LG IPS too, that thing is nice.
but imho 4k can be waste on 27-28". wqhd is fine though

How about the lg 24UD58? A bit smaller but in my country way cheaper.
The 27 is way too expensive for some reason almost 1.5 times more.

Windows 10 is OK at DPI scaling, no blur. So it depends on the software you use, and indeed a lot of software is problematic. It's still possible to have a good experience if you pick the software correctly. |

I managed to grab the LG27 IPS at lower price, Still quite expansive but affordable..
I am still looking for new laptop, but I decided to wait for the new Asus model launch, I will have to skip the Dell xps 15 as it way out of my budget.

As a graphic designer, even I wouldn't want a resolution that high - the UI in most software doesn't have a scaling option making it a pain on the eyes to use for graphic design and for games ... you're way better off going for a good quality IPS screen that has a fast response time, no ghosting and other elements good for gaming.
