Well since we don't have section for this kinda stuff, i'll post it here.

Anyone with a Steelseries QCK heavy?
I need to know how i can clean it.. My sweat that got soaked in over the months is causing my mouse to not move that smooth anymore over the surface.
I did some searches but didn't find anything specific to this one, so i'm hoping someone here knows how to properly clean it.

only thing i could find...

never used any kind of "soft mouse pad", only hardplastic so i can't tell if it really works or if it will kill ur pad or anything. guess u should just try it. as long as the water isn't too hot nothing will happen i think.

Well i did it because of buying a new mouse.
I didn't want repeat of how my old mouse (that was just 1 year old) looked underneath it.. Plus since it's on wood, it already left a mark in the wood itself (don't know if i'm expressing this right haha).. So the place where i did use to put my mouse on the wood isn't smooth anymore. So that was my only option Razz

I am lazy, so I just wash my mouse pads in a washing machine

- 30 min cycle
- 30°C
- 600 RPM dry speed

Very Happy
