Get a Spotify Account from the phillipines. That is only like 3 € a month. Just google a bit, there are plenty of tutorials for that.

It can be a bit tricky. Basically you make an account with VPN and a foreign Paypal Account, then change the Account back to your correct country afterwards.
However there is a risk of getting banned, so it is probably best not to do more than 3 months, so you won't lose as much.
Apparently some countries like Brazil don't even require a VPN, but are a tad more expensive.
