This! keep going to any pc shop, small/medium company and try. Eventually someone will recognize the skill you have and give you a chance. I got in with 0 papers and ended up with a job which was paying my MCSE/CCNA track and much more.
You will get disillusioned once in a while but try to keep searching and maybe even start thinking to move regions if you have burned through all your options.
Btw: You do got a license right?

Thanks man, seems like they added it in the last update
Over and one now
@xxax
Ye, shes just trying to mindfuck me, but no more games. I'm done
@Werelds

That one will hurt you a lot on job searches. If you can somehow, try to obtain one. Will be the best short-term and long-term boost for getting jobs. Since most of the entry jobs is driving to customers.

That's the thing Morph. Because of Saus' past he's now in a bit of a vicious circle. The organisations that are supposed to help him will pay for education *if* he can get a job in that field. But he can't get those jobs without education.
@ Saus: how far can/are you willing to travel and how picky are they about the kind of IT company you apply for? Because you could consider something on the hardware side in Maastricht; Paradigit, Mycom? They don't require any specific certificates really. If you want I'll pop in next time I'm around them and see if they're willing to take someone on. Wherever you start will be at the bottom, but it's something and you can work your way up. Never too old for that, my cousin's 34 and started his proper education 2 years ago and is now in a really good place
Are you eligible for a BOL/BBL course?

I know his history, but if the organizations are willing to pay for his education if he gets it in that field than maybe they'd be willing to pay for his drivers license (there were exceptions like that in Belgium, if you could show it would increase your chances... which was very arbitrary).
That's the reason for the 'if you can somehow'
What follows is Dutch... so don't come whining. It's in spoiler tag and I warned you!

Yeah i am, back when i lived in Hoensbroek, i traveled with bus to Maastricht to work at 24help (teleperformance now), tho they did cover the full costs for it, so it was manageable, i don't think it would be otherwise. Thing you gotta remember tho, if i would start working at minimum wage now, i would be even worse off than i would be now. Since i wouldn't be getting tax discounts anymore, so i would most likely not even be able to live in my apartment anymore.
So i don't mind starting at the bottom, everyone has to (except spoiled kids), but i can't go worse financially than this
Tho i don't know if i could work at Paradigit, last time i was there, there was a guy trying to sell an old lady an i7 laptop.. if i would hear/see something like that, i would speak my mind how insane overkill that would be for someone like that (and i did btw, don't think he liked it ). I have seen that before at Paradigit, where they try to sell stuff the client doesn't even need or is way overkill for what he wants. I couldn't do that.. because it feels straight up like a scam. MyCom on the other hand has always been a good company for me whenever i bough products there and had issues with them, i wouldn't mind working there at all..
Well i think i still am eligible for it, even for the "studiefinanciering" since i'm in the old arrangement.
@MORPHINEUS

Shut up, we speak your language, learn to speak ours!
Well, one of your languages anyway, I gave up on trying to understand that satanic language when spoken by natives, just not possible
