Man I'm stupid. I did not use the patch blacklist. Now that I did patch the blacklisted virtual drives Medieval lords does work with SF 3.4.63.

So, do I get this right - you have to have a clone image of starforce protected game and a mini image to get it work? You can update the game with official patches?

Yes, but I would download it instead to save all the hassle of cloning the game. It's not 100% sure that your cdrw can read the discs protection.

well, being skeptical about this util working I've found that it's great! Tried scrapland,medieval and shade and all work okay.

ok it's simple to use, this tool hide your ide2, mount the mini image on demon tools and launch the game, by quit the game all hidet ide will restaured.
How to use:
Use the default setting from tool change nothing!
Extract to c:\StarFuck v0.81Full
Launch: StarFuck.exe
Chose the type of protection from your game
Clic on "links generator"
Indicate the path from your **.exe of the protected game by clic on specify EXE file buton.
Indicate the path from your mini image by clic on specify Image.
Clic on the create a link buton and give a gamename for the link, save to desktop.
Close the tool and launch the game with the created link on desktop! PLAY.
Have fun

Checked if it works with Colim Mcrae 2005. Got 2 different images available in the net. It seems to working, as it passes the previous insert the cd to different rom error and goes directly to enter the cd serial.
At that point i couln'd get it on, as the images are either bad quality or the serial i found doesn't mach the image in the first pace.
Therefore, if there was either a quality clone of the DVD or a maching serial for the images available, it most probaly will work.
About the nocd available in GCW .. well its the biggest load of BS i've seen. It maches exatly the demo exe and i have not foun anyone in the forums who have managed to get it to work.
Anyways.. hope to see a serial check by-pass or a fixed exe soon:) Starforce seems to be screwed for CMR2005:)

You need to have all your optical drives on the secondary IDE channel? This program only disables the secondary channel for you? Then I don't really understand why this tool gets so much praise. Isn't it somehow useless? Everyone who has only HDDs on their first channel can just use bios settings to disable the secondary channel - and for people like me who have optical drives on both IDE channels this tool seems to be completely worthless anyway.

Well guys I think new versions will fix the optical drive and RAID issues. Cheer up. Once they know how to starfuck, it'll go faster.
Can someone confirm if it works with Shade (mini image?)

I got a prob. Disable CD-ROMS, played game. Enabled, and only one CD came back. How the fuck restore the other one also?

Well, did not work like that but even simplier - had only to enable it in device manager.

A VERY VERY IMPORTANT THING:
It seems that every version of Starfucker different from the first one (0.77) doesn't work for me, because my starforce protected games say "No disc found" instead of checking the disc (at the end they don't start anyway, but that is for the bad topology of the image).
DID ANYBODY NOTICE THE SAME BUG?

I just keep getting the Disc Read Error message trying to load Scrapland with the mini-image. Also, is it normal that the MI has no data in it ?
