just watched it out of boredom, now im thinking of rewatching the whole SG-1/Atlantis universe aswell ^^
I could think of worse ways to waste your time (SGU, eh? ). Even if SG-1 after RDA gets off the main cast kinda sucks.
Well there is GTA5 and later GTA5 MP for once, then there will be the BF4 beta and Terraria 1.2. And now there is SG-1/Atlantis. There is just not enough time :<
nah, that's how it started out, later it changed back into proper sci-fi but by then it was too late Sci-Fi fans left in terror after some very abominable episodes and the casual audience they so desperately wanted to catch never came. seriously, what were they thinking.
it not only killed off SGU for good - also the complete tv-based franchise and with it the hope of ever getting the third SG-1/SGA movie (which was already completely written)

You should know full well that it was just a season ending thing, and probably a bit for the start of the next. After that it would have continued as it have always done. Most shows ramp up for the season finales, that's nothing new.
