I don't want to create a new topic for every show, especially mini-series. So I'm resurrecting this.
Recently:
Bodies (Netflix) - it was mentioned by Mike on RLM so I watched. It's a decent scifi show although with a bit of filler. I would give it a 6.5-7/10. But beware if you are triggered by wokeness it has gays (a bit unecessery plot) and a bit with uk nationalist march shown as a bad thing.
Culprits (Disney) - my wife watched it and I was sitting and suffering from it. It has ludicrous AI generated plot and dialogues from TTRPG session and felt like something like it. Some good actors but the plot points are just laughable. It had one good scene at the end. 3.5/10

Mr and Mrs Smith (Prime)
It's based on the infamous movie. The series is advertised as action comedy but it's slow burn bleak drama with spy/special operatives vibe. Very fillery, the relationship between characters is very on the nose. I would say 3 out of 8 episodes were meaningful. A lot of plot holes.

Started watching Dopesick last night. Based on the first episode, this could end up being something decent.
I also watch Masters of the Air every Friday, and it's meh.

Just stay on it, the first episode was boring or even "unengaging" compared to the rest of it.

It's always been mehh after band of brothers. Pacific was 500 episodes of this boring dude who did something great in the war and it was all around just boring.
Band of brother is first and foremost an action series with very distinct characters who majorly add to the charm. I'm watching it now for the third time and it's amazing how much better it is than the other two. It blends action and bonding perfectly

I tend to agree, although when giving The Pacific a second chance last year, I really enjoyed it, eventually. Does not come near BoB, of course, which I have seen at least half a dozen times so far.

I definitely will. I really liked the first episode too, I was just cautiously optimistic about the rest of the series. Glad to hear it only gets better.

Reacher S2 was very dull. Not that the first one wasn't, but it was more entertaining than the second season..

I've been watching Counterpart S1 these last few days. Great show but I'm already sad seeing the huge potential its premise has for storytelling but also knowing that it was cancelled after the end of S2 :\

Dopesick is indeed getting better and better with every episode. What a great TV show.
