Congrats, you can no longer give neona so much shit for supporting giantbomb now
Masterfully played Sir Neon, masterfully played
I'm sure a few friendly digs in the ribs are still in order
In all seriousness, I am faced with a dilemma though I honestly don't know what to do and it usually takes a while before you realise what you're comfortable with but right now? I'm stuck and I can't really make a decision.
Which character to play as!? Naturally I'm instantly drawn to Fragtrap but I'm also thinking Athena sounds like a blast too. Goddamn it! Always the hardest decision to make .. closely followed by "what name?"

I initially played as Fragtrap for the humor, but his special is sort of unpredictable since his "program" decides what's best for the situation. I didn't play enough to see the potential of his skill tree, though.
Athena is pretty good. Her special + elemental side of her tree makes her really fun. However, she probably has the most boring voice acting of all the characters. Her personality is very plain compared to the rest. Typical "soldier-who-follows-orders-but-still-sort-of-has-a-moral-compass."
I know people don't play Borderlands for the voice acting but if you really enjoyed the off-color comments of the characters, you'd be disappointed in Athena.
The Holodome Onslaught expansion features new story content, including appearances from well-known Vault hunters such as Gaige and Axton.
"While they were gone on a mission, they missed out on the events of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and ask Athena to recount the story," 2K says. "Since they’re not the most patient badass Vault Hunters on Pandora, they just want an abbreviated version--only the juicy, violent stuff."
As Athena tells the story, players will venture through The Holodome Onslaught, a new challenge arena that tasks you with fighting against wave after wave of enemies. Foes will include "some of The Pre-Sequel's most memorable badasses, as well as several new enemies," 2K says.
Players who survive will be able to earn new weapons, class mods, and "some radical new heads and skins."The Holodome Onslaught DLC also includes the Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack, which boosts the level cap to 60.
In addition to the paid content, The Pre-Sequel will introduce a free patch next week that adds the Ultimate Vault Hunter mode, which is described as "more difficult." Players can also reset campaign progress at any time, while enemies will scale to your current level, 2K says. Full patches notes will be available soon.
The Holodome Onslaught DLC will be out on December 16 on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC as part of the season pass or individually for $9.99

to me it looks a lot like that Mad Moxxi Underdome Riot DLC for first game with Ultimate Vault Hunter PAck on top of that
Aurelia is the heir of the Hammerlock family fortune, but when she's not riding her hoverbike through the endless hallways of her orbital turbomansion, she's out hunting the latest and greatest game in the galaxy. If these expeditions should put her in conflict with her younger brother Alistair – aka Sir Hammerlock – all the better. The only thing more fun than shooting a rare animal Alistair intended to study is the look of abject horror and surprise on his face once Aurelia wears its carcass like a jaunty scarf.
Normally, Lady Hammerlock would never be seen within a light year of Pandora, but she's grown bored as her turbomansion grows cold, while her lust for violence grows hot. She's headed to Elpis with nothing more than an expensive gun, an experimental Cryo diadem, and a powerful belief that shooting angry things in the face is a good deal of fun.
Like every playable character in Borderlands, Aurelia has an action skill and three different skill trees. Her action skill is Cold As Ice, which lets her throw out a Frost Diadem Shard that seeks out enemies and attaches to them, dealing constant damage. If that target dies, the shard will move onto a new enemy, and so on.
Her three skills trees are Huntress, Cold Money, and Contractual Aristocracy. Her Huntress skill tree focuses on sniping, including a skill that offers a massive critical hit bonus for each consecutive hit she lands without missing. Her other skill tree, Cold Money, focuses on ice damage and includes a skill that can add Cryo damage to any gun. Her third skill tree is Contractual Aristocracy, which allows her to turn a co-op teammate into a servant, earning her bonuses for their kills in addition to her own. We’ll have much more info on just how badass Aurelia is in the weeks ahead, so keep an eye out for a deep dive on her skills.
About final Story DLC:
Quote:
The fourth and final add-on pack in the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Season Pass will set players off on a brand new campaign set inside the mind of Claptrap. It may be one of the weirdest things in the Borderlands universe to date
New DLC for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, the Claptastic Voyage and Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2, are both arriving later this month.
In Claptastic Voyage, a new campaign add-on, Handsome Jack finds something valuable inside of Claptrap's mind and digitizes the hunters so they can venture into Claptrap's brain to retrieve it. The DLC will apparently reveal why Claptrap likes dub-step so much and let you generally explore his mind. The DLC will also include a customizable arena where you can tweak gravity settings, enemy difficulty, and more.
Along with the Claptastic Voyage, players can also grab Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2, which raises the level cap to 70.
The two DLC pieces are included in the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel's season pass, or they can be purchased together for $9.99. The DLC will be available on March 24
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
