a 9800 pro with 128 is supposedly enough to get playable fps on low-med details.
64 mb won't be enough for sure though, because if it has only 64 mb it will most likely be an entry level card like a geforce 6200 or ati x300. and that's just way too slow in addition to low amounts of vram

little question for the german folk here... i'm in cologne (köln) tomorrow and tuesday... has anyone asked if the game will be available in media markt then? price? language? any other stores in the center of köln where i might be able to pick it up cheaper (after 7pm)?
