I saw a show about that guy, He is the fattest guy in the world. He ended up losing a ton of weight but he was still huge. I wonder what happened to him.

Well, probably died from either an internal organ failure or infection from the wounds that form when the body is immobile. 
There was a very sad episode on the subject in Nip/Tuck (one of the only few I actually like on that show).

Well, this is sad, but it is good to see he is losing weight. Maybe he could eventually lead a relatively normal life.
