yea ive got that too. i can eat anything with milk in it etc. but if i drink a glass of milk get a mop, cuz that shits coming right back up. or if i eat too much ice cream my butthole will be hurting for a loooong time Razz

I can’t drink milk either lately. I can drink 1% avalon milk (which is different) but other than that I get nauseous.

I switched over to a rice beverage drink. I even made a crepe thing roll up and used the rice bev. instead of the soya or dairy. Nobody noticed the difference.

I drank milk all my life, but it seems to be making me sick.

That is true what your mom said. Asians and blacks. have a higher incident of Lactose intolerance. It is in some ethnic groups more than others.

This is a picture of it on my counter. Sorry it is the French side. I Like it. You have a big glass of it and you don’t have to eat for hours and hours. You should be able to get it at stupidstore, safeway, save-on, iga. It will be hanging out in the fridge by the yogurt and soya drinks. There is a vanillia and choc. flavor. I loved the old psyco. I will have to look for the new one. I know nothing about it. I am a psycho noob
