Should be able to find an ex police van .. relatively cheap @ a regional auction .. btw police auctions are a great place to pick up good wheels cheap ..
Just fix up the suspension & wheels .. sort out the interior & paint job .. & its shouldn’t be to expensive on fuel as a diesel .. plus new bio-diesel alternatives are coming in that will prove far less expensive ..
