I used to see the dentist twice a year, sadly Dutch insurance is now only covering one annual visit. Haven't had any cavities/holes in years since I've quit drinking soda, though my now excessive sugar free tea and coffee binge drinking has lead the dentist to believe I'm a smoker

i hate the dentists aswell ,cracked one of my teeth on a hardboiled sweet and the fucker put a filling in even though theres only about 40% of the tooth left
