I love that initial chase sequence, like you said, 5 mins in. Pressing buttons that make no sense (Press S while running forwards??) and no prompt to jump (you have to back track a few steps and go around)
It feels like it could have been a decent game in some ways, but it's a slog to get through with all of the dated mechanics and bad design decisions
So the plot is pretty fun, but the people responsible for combat should be taken out and shot, because by gods it's the worst thing I've ever seen in any game.
