Are you fully vaccinated (including booster shot)?
Anyway, there's a risk of long COVID even if you had a mild initial onset:

Quote: | Long COVID affects adults of all ages as well as children. Research shows it is more prevalent among those who were hospitalized, but also strikes a significant portion who weren’t.
...
Immunobiologist Akiko Iwasaki is studying the tantalizing possibility that COVID-19 vaccination might reduce long COVID symptoms. Her team at Yale University is collaborating with a patient group called Survivor Corps on a study that involves vaccinating previously unvaccinated long COVID patients as a possible treatment. |

Yes, use your immune system to fight off a virus unknown to it and roll the dice if it will be able to combat it in time or if you'll experience long term damage to your organs in the process very big thinking! strong brains!

Remember that retartodd once said “I don’t watch movies in foreign language because I need subtitles and I don’t want to read a book when watching a movie”

Dodged covid ever since it was rampaging, been stuck twice with the needle to give me mega Autism and 5G.
The first night fever was pretty sucky but thankfully it wasn't even close to the worst of fevers I've had. The fevers I had when I had diverticulitis were leaps and bounds worse. The shit omicron did to my sinuses though, jesus FUCK. I've never felt so stuffed up before, it felt like a beaver crawled up my nose and build a dam.

Immunity isn't any better. Claims it's the transgender movement that has destroyed the gaming and movie industry, all the mean while guess who's pre-ordering/buying every AAA release on day 1 from EA/UBI/Take 2, etc, but it's the trans community destroying gaming, not EA or UBI lol.

Glad i'm not the only one with old fart issues CRP of 380 and a fever of 40 when i had my first big outbreak. Now that was hell |
It's bullshit because Diverticulitis isn't even common in 30 year olds. I just turned 35, like wtf. That was the most agonizing pain I've ever been in. Like, farting was painful to the point i passed out passing gas through my intestines, I was BETRAYED MY FARTS.

Tell me about it. Often prior to big and small flare ups i would be excessively bloated making it feel like my intestines were like those balloon dogs I was 25 or so when i was first diagnosed with it. I noticed something was off by realized i had gone a week without taking a shit but didnt think too much about it. Suddenly my head felt heavy and was getting dizzy and stomach craps from hell and beyond. I left from work to rest. Took the day after off also and went to the doctor and he shipped me right to the hospital. Sadly it was rounds and rounds of antibiotics before they wanted to give me surgery (which i had last year). Downsides of free health system i guess. Had one flare up after the surgery but a lot more stable all in all.

Oh damn, I never ended up in the hospital, though I probably should have went with how much pain I was in lol. My stupid ass had a fuck everything cause it was a garbage week and just gamed out, ate pizza and drank mountain dew (which I don't drink often) and forgot that I also need to drink water and my big trigger now is if I don't drink enough water I get flareups. Well that whole weekend eating and drinking like shit just caused me to get backed up and all hell broke loose.

Once a year i usually start hiking a lot and living more healthy in general, and that is usually when my big flare ups start. And that is quite sad for a lazy person forcing himself to have to cancel his new daily routine :/
Well it is dangerous in case your intestines gets blocked or mostly blocked since they can rupture. Otherwise i'm sure you'll be fine. In my case it worsened over the years as a flare up creates scarring which doesnt go away, but gets worse so in the end i had to get that part removed and life has been much better ever since. But still wary of starting to live healthy as that usually queues big flare up |
Soda dehydrates you. I went on a huge soda binge which caused me to get a bit dehydrated which also when not getting enough water causes you to get constipated and that was the domino effect for me.
