Yes and this sounds like the game crashes the sound driver for some reason and it doesn't recover there is really no other explanation for this behaviour as far as i know and yes this could very well be just a problem with this game and your sound driver specifically so it doesn't really need to happen anywhere else it could just mean the game uses the sound driver in some unusual way or triggers a bug or something like that.

Ensure the sound settings is 44100hz or 48000hz and no higher and see if that helps, 16 or 24 bit shouldn't matter but some games just don't work correctly with a hertz above 48000 although the usual behavior is the game crashing on start up, not the sound driver crashing.
Depending on the sound card a newer driver might be available, Realtek gets new drivers every few days for example though officially posted WHQL drivers tend to be on a monthly basis or bi monthly.
(Latest available is around driver version 6.0.1.8346 from January 2018, these particular ones being from Jan 10th so there's definitively newer available.)
Asus is on the other end of the spectrum quickly retiring old cards and drivers, earlier Xonar models can use the C-Media drivers and the unified Xonar driver package used this to continue supporting the cards as a alternate and then after the official drivers stopped.
(But this no longer works with the newest card models.)
Creative also periodically release newer drivers, I don't have much info on these at all though.
EDIT: And again some games just break if you try to use 96000 or 192000 and there's no way around it, game needs to be patched or you have to lower the sample rate but it's not like it'll make a difference in quality or anything, recorded sound files tend to be 44100 and then all you get is upsampling with just about no benefits at all though I tend to use 48000 myself which still works unlike higher where it tends to bug out.
(Primarily a problem for older games though, I wasn't aware of UE3 having any problems with it but this is a slightly different non-standard build so who knows what they modified including the audio systems.)
Studio quality cards I think supports up to 384000hz or some such and 48-bit but usually not something you see in standard products and software so more of a observation.
Ensuring the speaker is in 2.0 or 5.1 can also help, 2.1 is a thing too but it's mostly 2.0 with passive bass unit instead of a powered one far as I remember how this worked.
(Or 7.1 of course, 5.1 tends to be more common though and above that it's probably not very widely supported at all.)

Im using this version. Injustice.2.Legendary.Edition.MULTi9-ElAmigos. I think its using the Injustice.2.Update.11.Crack.Only-Voksi. Im having a lot of stutters with this game. Some matches go normal on some stutter like crazy. More people with this problem? Im using the V1 crack. Thats the right crack for my processor right? cpu: 4790k and gpu: 1080gtx

as for the game it looks and sounds amazing, but the combat is always a miss with this series, mortal kombat is far superior, still the campaign is better than the jl wheedon movie

yes, i thought it was from my end but they are match specific, youll have another one playing green arrow fighting grodd or bane i think etc, but rest of the matches are butter smooth

if you have a problem with grodd match since it seems super slowdown and stuttery its possible to use a 1 hit ko trainer for that particular fight

i just finished the campaign and was easy even without a trainer, towards the end there is another one with aquaman and batman or something. its not really stuttery but every 1-2 seconds its in slowmotion, so for the whole campaign only like 4-5 matches have problems.

Which trainer you used then?
If i start the Injustice 2 v20180523 Plus 13 Trainer im getting this message: The game malfunctioned. And I using the lastest crack.
