Yes, we're launching WotW day and date on Steam as well! It's so good that I can finally say that It's been really hard to not just shout: "YES, DON'T WORRY, WE'LL ALSO RELEASE IT ON STEAM!" every time people complained that it'd only be on the MS Store

too bad that the ms store version will not run on LTSC, (because of "older" windows version ) otherwise i would have bought a 1 euro gamepass subscription. too bad then, guess cracked version or waiting for a cheap steam version.
seeing how fast the first one dropped in price, i hope for the same here. 10-15 euros and im in.

only the microsoft store version will not run, like with many other games from the ms store.
"blair witch" for example is one game from ms store which NEEDS one of the newest windows version, otherwise you are not able to install it.
the steam version of blair witch on the other hand runs just fine, even on the first windows 10 version.
it's nothing else then getting people to update windows to the newest versions. there is no other reason. the game should even work for older windows version from ms store, but since you can't install it, there is no way.
so fuck them and get the steam version.
btw they lie even on the steam page about it, so people panic updating to one of the latest windows 10 version.
i thought you were talking about the steam version. you can add store to ltsc but dunno what version of windows it sees you have after
either way it dosent worth all the hussle, just yarr the steam version, that gamepass money dosent go to the developer anyway

yea i got the store running fine on ltsc, played forza and other games.
sadly microsoft wants to push newer windows versions so they restrict the installation for more and more games to those newer windows version, so i have to go with the cracked or steam version, like i said in my first post.
and since the steam version won't got to 10-15 euros in the next months, it's gonna be the cracked version then. but i will buy it later then anyway. played through the first game multiple times and so i will here.

Since I have Xbox Game Pass PC until June I might as well check it out. It's currently available as pre-install. I'm going to try GloSC to see if I can use my steam controller with it.
