It's a great game so far. Playing it slowly trying to get a good hang of everything. Different tenants have different needs and/or services needed. Pre-planning is required. I knew about evicting tenants drops the stars for prestige, but didn't know that destroying and moving a service does that too LOL
Yea, the current system is kind of limited. You HAVE to know ahead of time what's going to be needed where, because once you start demolishing restaurants/services to move them around and re-arrange shit your tenants/office workers fucking scatter.
Cool game, but not much thought put into the actual building system.
Back in the 90's you had many skilled devs that knew how to make proper strategy games. These days, indie devs with zero experience think they can replicate the complexity of those games without realizing those old devs had many years of experience which they lack ... . I still love old school Settlers, Theme Park, Transport Tycoon, etc. over most strategy games today.
