for sure not in germany, here everything gets dubbed with full cast and not only 1-2 speakers for the series/movie etc. and that was never different.
though i like the style of for example the greek, they dont dub anything too on tv. most of the english stuff airs with greek subs (very plesant on vacation if you want to watch a bit tv and have only greek channels). atleast that was the case the last time i was there (~10 years ago)

And jeez, turks aren't polish, they have some standards  Dubbing is nowadays on german levels and turkish television is now 100 times worse since Erdogan has basically taken over ALL of media.

luckily in germoney we dont have any turkish tv series, got the "pleasure" to watch some turkish stuff @ a friends house back when we were kids and his parents always watched their turkish bullcrap tv. it was hilarious bad. do they still dub entire movies with only one or two people speaking everything?
