seiko is a good choice, but shop around a bit. in that price bracket, you can't really go wrong, the mechanics are usually ok and don't differ much between models/brands (watch enthusiasts would say they are all equally shit) and you might as well go for looks.

or good fakes Laughing just don't get a rolex yachtmaster or breitling, but the simple ones (omega, tag heuer, iwc) with no bling or lots of moving parts. buy it for the looks, not the fucking brand. got a tag heuer carrera once in dubai for around 40€ for the lols, but it was surprisingly well made and ended up being my go-to laboratory/outdoors/drinking watch. looked good (well not anymore after 3 years of abuse Laughing ), was sort of understated and most importantly, nofucks given about losing/breaking it or getting stolen.

if you go for the one you posted, just for the love of god at least have the option to exchange the wristband. not gonna lecture you about style or "get a grown up watch", but apart from not exactly matching a suit or any sort of formal attire except if you're bear grylls or work for the military, you'll grow out of it in 1-2 years. go for black/dark brown (no crocodile shit)/metal bands and keep it simple.

I am kinda afraid that those mechanical automatic watches require much movement and are just plain inaccurate and require setting every day ?

Quartz is a standard and cheap balls nowadays and everyone forgot its actually a space tech when You think about it Surprised

Quartz > automatic

Just get what you like, also have a look at the weight. Maybe you like the weight of watch and want to feel that you are wearing a watch or you don't like a "heavy" watch.

Casual, black tshirts all the time.
Jeans and sometimes camo cargo pants

@flipp - My wrist is 22cm when measured tight and 24-25 when loosely so I guess the watch should be rather big. And I think quartz is better. Sure. Because it requires no maintenance and time is always correct but Automatics or full mechanical are just cool.
Anyway - I should be reasonable and just get quartz. Prolly some casio or Timex. I don't like gshock stuff btw

lol that's how the cover artist imagines a charismatic, womanizing bard?

The other three covers are OK.

But in Danyutz's cover he has no white hair ... is he still human at that point? Confused

Every book is about Geralt.

Also he was only human when he was a boy, all the witcher trials are done on kids.

Got me gift already and hers also arrived today (except the books we ordered for each other).

Guess the rattling of my case fan (that thing was worn out) was annoying her as well since I got meself: 2x Noctua NF-F12 industrialPPC 2000 PWM Me Gusta

She ended up with some overpriced ecological cotton bags (women...right?!) and a Kite. She always wanted one... apparently it is less common on the beach over here (haven't seen one so far, now that I think of it). Quite different from Belgium.

Only time we wait for Christmas eve to hand out presents is when we celebrate it with family... else its: whenever it arrives.
