I guess they are not getting too many sales recently so they decided to cash out. Good business move. And Paradox usually care for their games and PA should be in good hands.

Didn't watch the whole thing but they started with saying that it would include 3 new floor tiles, lol.. so basically 5-10 minutes of work, i guess it goes downhill from there... Clearly this team is asked to do some free content while really working on the paid content, but the focus (at first) is going to be "look it's free, we are still very nice guys!"

It would've been a better idea to develop a sequel. PA was in a limbo for some time. Introversion abandoned the game, then tried to pander to the console derps and failed, then developed a new game and failed. In the end they came back to work on the game, released some half-assed updates and sold to PDX. A few years ago when the game was at it's peak they pissed away the potential and half of their ideas were inspired by community mods anyway.
