no its not a "aircraft" as in a copy of a real one  its a fundamentals 2012 tutorial to really show the changes i guess in the latest maya app.
oh wings to small not really look at this old ww2 ruskie plane lol..
This maya one does not even have a full blown prop it has a duct fan, and boeing type engine blades at front and some blue snazzy shit out the back..

did a bit more, they didnt have a cockpit panel section in it really so i took some time and made my own, about to slide it in there and tweak the fit.
