Its true. Alot of welders have serious neck pains. You know the one im talking about? starts where your neck and head meet and goes right down to the pressure point under your shoulder blade....fuck i hate it. |

I think i moved wrong while sleeping cause i woke up with the worst pain in my neck and can barely fuckin move my head. I took 2 oxycontin 80's and its still fuckin killing me  |

she would put it on sores...like aches and pains. it never did anything for me, it didnt take away the pain. But she swore by it, she said it helped her arthritis.
She also used to rub fresh garlic on bee stings. That actually works. Takes away the pain.

I know Amonia works too. (you can always pee on it)

You can mix some ground mustard with some warm oil then rub your neck with it. Wrap your neck with a warm towel and try to relax. You can also add some powdered capsicum to the oil.
