Didn't check if it's true men, might be just some pissed off review. But I remember peeps being able to create PSN accounts from other countries, no idea if that's possible in a non-supported PSN country tho. How would payment be processed?

Helldivers fans -- we’ve heard your feedback on the Helldivers 2 account linking update. The May 6 update, which would have required Steam and PlayStation Network account linking for new players and for current players beginning May 30, will not be moving forward.
We’re still learning what is best for PC players and your feedback has been invaluable. Thanks again for your continued support of Helldivers 2 and we’ll keep you updated on future plans.

and then next time crying that the next game will not be released on steam again in the first place but instead on the new psn pc launcher. "WHY DO THEY DO THAT?????"

so you will not cry when the next game will not be released on steam? that would be something new.

more like fomo at it's peak. Nintendo doesnt release games on pc and we are still alive. hard to believe.
Cry if they dont release another game?
They can shove it if they wanna screw us over. Dont need a game that wants to milk or abuse their playerbase. We had enough of those....
(Besides the fact that companies like sony dont act like console fanbois but like a company to maximize profit.)
Hopefully this has a desired effect and not the one i think it might have, namely publishers avoiding Steam.
That's fine, dont use steam then. Just get less sales. They don't go to Steam because they think it's a good platform for consumers and has a lot of good features. Make sure to pony up for that Denuvo though because I will pirate the shit out of it otherwise
so next time they force psn the amount of people who ll complain because psn doesnt work in their country will amount to zero helping them to push psn on people.
I'm pretty sure that rather sooner than later sony will have their own game launcher on pc trying to ditch steam and the 30% cut involved
The problem with all of these launchers is that people like the convenience of having all their games in one place. Competition is good, but needing 20 fucking launchers just to play your games becomes too much of an inconvenience.
I mean, epic couldn't do it and they're just throwing free games at people, so yeah. They might make their launcher, but it won't last. Since they'll soon realize they lose too many sales.
With free games to the Fortnite generation tying them to their shitty platform. When they'll have a job, they will more likely use the platform they have a huge library on (from free games).
im to deep into the rabbit hole man, 700 steam, 150 epic , and then dozens on each, 25% of them free , 50% from bundles, 20% discounted and maybe a handfull full price
i was a huge pirate early 2000s, and payed my dues when i got a job, now i wouldnt even know where to download a risk free cracked game anymore besided gamecopyworld
besides many aaa games are online only now or no crack
i never stopped yarring, seeing wat people go through all the shit change region, vpn etc shit is too much hassle to then also give them money after all those extra steps....just no
besides some online only games, which u can get away with renting an account for like 1$, for the rest there is always a method to yaar
i rather save that money and invest them in the hardware every once in a while, which also got stupidly expensive, if i had to pay for both i would probably find another hobby
