yep it's one of the aspects i hate bout the game the other thing that's bloody annoying is that you cannot save your near perfect sliders (really annoying when you got good ones for rts then make a rpg then decide to do a shooter)

- Changed: Reduced the influence of a very large fan base on sales.
- Changed: UI improvement on the game definition screen.
- Changed: Removed the Startups topic. Any occurrences will be replaced with the Business topic.
- Changed: Overworked staff are now more likely to generate bugs.
- Changed: Adjusted XP Bonus combos for new release screen.
- Changed: Reduced game memory usage.
- Changed: Research point generation is now more dynamic based on team size and current research points.
- Changed: It’s now slightly easier to get a clean score of 10 (all those insults to All Games on social media took their toll) but a hidden achievement was added for extraordinary games.
- Changed: The order of topics is now completely randomized when starting a new game (before, the first eight topics were always the same).
- Changed: Game contracts are now slightly easier.
- Changed: Unlock timings for new offices no longer affected by the game length setting.
- Changed: Lifted the maximum level of staff and engine parts.
- Fixed: Several typos.
- Fixed: Settings window does not reflect actual settings when first shown.
- Fixed: Several UI fixed in preparation for translations.
- Fixed: A white pixel is sometimes visible to the top and left of characters. |

tried a little and those game reports are great addition.
After released game you will get an option to create game report where you get info about genre/audinece/platform matches and after that they will appear in form of pluses and minuses during development

1.4.2 is latest but steam version update with those new additions was 1.4.0 so 1.4.1 shoul be enough
